Biogea Green Molecules is born
BIOGEA was incorporated in February 2026, within the TheNextPangea ecosystem, to bring biotechnology to biogas and biomethane plants.
Biogea Green Molecules, S.L. was incorporated in February 2026, with its registered office in Avilés (Asturias), Spain. Its sole director is TheNextPangea, S.L., the deep-tech product builder it belongs to.
What it does
Its activity is experimental research and development in the natural and technical sciences, applied to one specific goal: more biomethane from the same substrates. BIOGEA designs tailor-made enzyme additives for anaerobic digesters, validates them in its METHABRIDGE pilot plant and supports each plant with biological diagnosis and monitoring.
Why within TheNextPangea
TheNextPangea works across three verticals — biotechnology, artificial intelligence and materials science — with a shared approach: taking emerging technologies all the way to deployable industrial solutions. Biogea was born in the biotechnology vertical, which was already working on biogas and biomethane, enzyme engineering and molecular detection.
What comes next
- Carrying out biological diagnoses of digesters with biogas and biomethane plants.
- Designing tailor-made additives for each case and validating them in METHABRIDGE.
- Sharing here what we learn along the way.
If you run a biogas or biomethane plant, write to us at contact@biogea.green or request a diagnosis of your digester.
